About the Hunter's Star Extravaganza
Take your quilting up a notch by building your skills as a quilt designer! The Hunter’s Star Extravaganza begins by mastering the fundamentals of the basic 7-inch Hunter’s Star block using Studio 180 construction techniques. By the end of the first day, quilter’s will feel confident constructing Hunter’s Stars as they are transformed from a complicated, time-consuming block to a fast, fun, and easily strip-pieced favourite! On day two, creativity reigns as Hunter’s Stars are arranged in unique designs to produce a 60” x 70” lap quilt. Several sample layouts will be available to work with, however Carla’s individual support and guidance will help quilters dive-in to create their own unique design with innovative fabric formulas, helpful tips, and advice.
